Employer Deducts PF but Doesn't Deposit It: How Can Employees Get Their Money Back?

Please suggest what we can do if the employer is deducting PF from employees but not depositing it in the PF office, and the employer refuses to issue PF/UAN numbers to the employees. Your suggestions for solutions to this issue may help hundreds of employees retrieve their money.

Please contact PF Office immediately with a written complaint about the non-remittance of PF contributions, failure to provide PF UAN, and PF Member ID.
