How Do You Reward Employees Who Have Been with You for Over 10 Years? Seeking Ideas!

Hi, Can any one guide me how to reward loyal employees (employee continuing more the 10 years with us)

Dear Harish,

There are many ways to do so. You may have a town hall function and facilitate those employees with certificates and some gifts. Additionally, you may send an email and flash notice on the notice board appreciating their service and loyalty to the organization.
