How to reward loyalty to long term employees - employee continuing more the 10 years with us

Hi, Can any one guide me how to reward loyal employees (employee continuing more the 10 years with us)

Dear Harish,
There are many ways to do so, you may have a town hall function and facilitate those employees with certificate and some gift. Also, you may send email and flash notice on notice board appreciating their service and loyalty to the organisation.
