Hi, I am attaching my concern which I sent to the employer regarding an Unprofessional Suspension Order By the Employer. Please look into the matter and advise me on the next action to be taken. It has been 6 months, and since then, I am not receiving a salary. The organization is forcefully seeking my resignation without any valid or written reason. In line with our communication regarding the concern and revert from your end, I have categorically asked about the findings since my first mail. What were the lapses found? Kindly share them with me in writing because there hasn't been a single discussion on this concern with the HR Team or the Cluster Head.
