Inspection Criteria Based on Risk

Under this, only the high-risk establishments would be inspected by the concerned Labor Inspectors. The medium-risk establishments have an option to choose between departmental inspection or third-party inspection. All low-risk establishments are exempted from inspection and can opt for third-party certification instead of submitting self-certification for compliance with all applicable labor laws. Please refer to the gazette notification on the Risk Assessment criteria.
