Does the Private Medical Sector in West Bengal Follow a Specific Labour Law?

Dear Sanjib Chatterjee,

Private hospitals and nursing homes will generally come under the State Shops and Establishments Act as establishments. I am not aware of whether the State of West Bengal (which is a forerunner in the matter of legislation of special labor laws like Kerala) has any separate law in this regard.
