Confused About EPS Transfer? Here's How to Handle Your EPF and EPS Accounts Online

EPF and EPS Transfer Issues

Till now, I have worked in two companies. I have two PF accounts and two UAN numbers. When I resigned from the second company, I transferred all my first company's EPF money into my second account. However, I noticed that only my EPF was transferred. What about my EPS? My EPS was not transferred into my second account.

Please tell me how I can transfer my EPF online. Will it be safe or not? Also, please inform me about what will happen to my first PF account after transferring the money from the first account to the second account. Is it still active or not?

Please note that Transfer Details of EPS (Service Details) will not be reflected in your EPF Pass Book. Consequently, it should not be construed by you that the EPS Account has not been transferred. When you applied for a transfer through Online, the transfer will be for both EPF and EPS.
