Can Employers Withhold PF Contributions for Employee Misconduct? Seeking Insights

Dear Seniors,

Does the employer reserve the right to withhold the employee PF of Employer Contribution if an employee is found involved in any misappropriation of the Fund/Money or any major misconduct?

No, employers have no control over remitted PF contributions. Even courts can't attach the amounts.
