How to update IP details on ESIC Portal?

I have already registered IP details, but unfortunately, I opted for "Unmarried." The said IP is married and has two children, which I came to know recently. I selected "Update IP Details." The window opened and asked for the IP Registration Number, which I provided.

The list appeared, and after selecting the name of the person, I opted for "Edit." The editable window opened as "Employees Registration Form-1." The Insured Person No. appeared with a message stating, "Please select details type to be edited," and there were six options. I opted for "Nominee Details," but the option was not accepted. Kindly guide me on how I can edit the family particulars and other details.
