One of our colleagues retired in Sept 2017. Company paid bonus to all on rolls employee in Oct 2017. Is this retired colleague entitled for Bonus. Company is a pvt ltd in service industry with 140 staff strength.
If every one is paid and he is left out,it has to be paid.As bonus paid in 2017 is for the period of 2016.
As our friend Mr.Prashant has raised the point of Basic+DA,are there any employees who are above 21000 in Basic+DA and paid bonus this year?
He needs to be paid and there is no exception in his case.
