Can anyone help me to understand the working method of an HR recruiter (not just the job profile) in a consultancy? I want to learn about how they work, their targets, clients, job sites they use, etc.
Consultancy basically works on the number of closures per recruiter. Targets are usually set at 10 times the recruiter's salary, and incentives are provided for exceeding this target. Clients are typically generated through the business development team, LinkedIn, or referrals. The major job site used is naukri.com.
Thank you.
