Beyond general do's and dont's employees should be more aware/complaint on personal hygiene,food safety.
Also awareness on Quality Manual,HACCP,PRPs is required.

The Code of Conduc is essential for every plant and under which job is performed. Each and every company have their own code of conduct considering their operational systems. Your plant is a food processing unit as such this falls under Food Safety & Standards.
You are requested to collect the code of conduct other similiar establishments and compare and decide what are to be taken careof. You can consult the Inspectors of standards or Factories & Boiler to decide the Do's & Don't for your company.
