The Code of Conduct is essential for every plant under which jobs are performed. Each company has its own code of conduct tailored to its operational systems. Your plant is a food processing unit, so it falls under Food Safety & Standards.

You are requested to collect the code of conduct from other similar establishments, compare them, and decide on what needs to be taken care of. You can consult the Inspectors of Standards or Factories & Boilers to determine the Dos and Don'ts for your company.
