Try to learn greytHR if you are looking at HR jobs in small businesses and payroll jobs anywhere or with payroll outsourcing consulting firms. Small and medium-sized firms in IT, Knowledge, Services in Bangalore, Hyderabad, NCR, Chennai, Pune, etc., are using greytHR primarily for Payroll and HR.

Investing heavily in SAP or Oracle for HR is not worth it because the number of firms in India that run on these solutions is decreasing nowadays.
