I have 5 years of experience in HR, which includes recruitment, attendance, documentation, grievances, document drafting, onboarding, and exit formalities. However, I have not yet worked on payroll or in a business partner/strategic role. I am eager to learn more about these roles and how I can transition into a position that offers me this exposure.
