Bonus Act Dilemma: Should We Include Inactive Employees in Form C for 2017?

Dear sir,

Please confirm in the Bonus Act Form C for the accounting year ending in March 2017 if an employee was inactive in June 2016. Do we need to include the employee in Form C or not?

Yes, any employee in the Bonus Year who was on the payroll needs to be included in Form C.
