Query regarding sub unit code of esic

My BO office of ESIC is in korba Chhattisgarh (my local place) and I have a running work in other state Odisha, where 3 workers are employed under my company and none of them having salary more than 10500/-, so is it required for me to take a sub unit code in odisha for 3 workers to avail them ESIC medical facility ???
Please resolve my problem.

There is no need to registration in another state means no need to registered in Odissa.

Thanku for reply but as well as I asked to Esic officer, he said to take sub code from odisha to avail medical facility to my workers.
He said to go to Esic portal -> login -> and apply for sub unit code. Now what I have to do ?
