My organization is a public limited company. Now, we are conducting Performance Appraisals for the first time. Please help me with some formats for self-appraisal. We have established different divisions like software, hardware (Own PC and branded Sales), customized solutions, and IT Training Education.
Certain facts: the organization has a mix of employees with very high, low, and average experience levels, and professional employees have limited understanding of the appraisal mechanism. Additionally, the CRASS (possibly referring to criteria) are not well defined.
We are seeking a simple format for Self Performance Appraisal that can be easily understood by every employee, help in gauging performance accurately, and ensure a right approach.
Please help me create this appraisal format.
