Why Does My PF Account Show Zero Balance After Deductions? How Can I Claim It?

MadhuraT
I worked with a private company for about 4 months. My PF was deducted from my salary for each month. The PF account was linked to my UAN after I left the company. I checked with the establishment and its payment details list. The list contains my name, but my PF account balance for that company shows zero balance. Why is it showing zero balance even after the PF being deposited in the account? Please guide. How can I claim that amount? Thanks.

Please wait for some time. In most places, the UAN-based contributions are getting delayed in updating in members' passbooks.

Thank you.

Hi,

Thank you! However, do you have any idea how long that may take? My colleagues in the same company have already received their PFs. Additionally, I am able to track my current PF transactions for the new company.

Also, will I need to submit Form 19 or any other form to claim the PF amount?
