Sample Appointment Letter of an Executive Director of a company

Hi all,

Can anyone help me out with a draft appointment letter for an executive director of a company? I need to prepare one for my company. I managed to obtain letters for independent directors, but I am unable to find templates for executive directors.

Hi Anesh,

As the ED is not a Director with DIN, as far as the company is concerned, ED is also an employee. Regular template can be used with suitable content, right? Finding one sample here that may be useful to you: [link removed for security]
