Sample Appointment Letter of an Executive Director of a company

Hi all,
Can anyone help me out with a draft appointment letter of an executive director of a company? Need to prepare one for my company... I managed to get independent directors letters, but not able to find out EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS.

Hi Anesh,
As the ED is not a Director with DIN, as far as the company is concerned, ED is also an employee.
Regular template can be used with suitable content, right?
