I am a graduate in arts and have 1.5 years of experience in recruitment and i left my job 3 years back to complete my graduation. I want to pursue my career in HR but due to some financial issues i cannot go for regular mba. Is there any value of distance learning courses? Is there any one year or two year courses which can be beneficial for me?
