I am raj working has "associate human resource" in a start up company, currently we have vacancy for the role "Tech Lead" experience around (6 - 9 years), I already posted our current openings JD in LinkedIn, Indeed, and in my personal social medias but it is not that effective, i didn't get any profiles, If i would go to consultancies for profiles they will charge me 8.33% commission. But i want to avoid that cost, So can anyone suggest or help me out how to get free profiles for "Tech Lead" role from any job portals or from anywhere.
