Struggling to Re-enter HR After Maternity Leave: How to Handle Interviews Without Certificates?

earlystar
Dear friends, how are you all? After a long time, I am posting here. I need guidance for my career. I have 9 years of experience in HR and admin. For the past 6 years, I have worked more in the admin department but not in HR. I showed less preference for the HR department because of my management. Now, I am looking for a job in HR. I have attended lots of interviews, but I couldn't get any job, and I don't know the reason. In the past 6 months, I was on maternity leave for my delivery. Now, I am planning to continue my job. I have heard that my company is going to close due to losses, and I didn't receive any certificates from them.

Next week, I am planning to attend an interview. They have contacted me and confirmed the date of the interview. They also need my payslip. Please help me with how to proceed with this. Kindly advise on this matter.

What have you learned in the last 9 years in the Admin Department? How can you improve the performance of the Admin Department single-handedly?
