What you have learnt so far in last 9 years of Admin Department? How you can improve the performance of Admin Department singlehandedly?

Dear Cynthia,
You have asked query on your career advancement. Nevertheless, the way you have written your post, it merits lot of improvement. Your post could be manifestation of your perennial informal approach. This approach is suitable while dealing with friends and family members and certainly not with the seniors while seeking career guidance.
You have written that "I attended lots of interview but i couldn't get any job i don't know the reason". Possibly, your casualness could be one of the reasons for turning down your candidature. Whether you are from Admin or HR or Finance or Purchase, one expects a properly worded post. While writing posts on the professional forums like this, there is no exemption from grammar. However, you have used language that is suitable for chat messages in social media.
Therefore, the first lesson for you is to learn where to be formal and where to be informal. When the line that divides these two approaches gets blurred, it takes the toll of one's career.
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar

Dear Cynthia,
It is a sad news that you are going to loose job for closing down of your establishment. You are now appearing interviews sake of a new job. It is good to strive for a new oppurtunity. As you seek guidance from the community how to proceed in the matter of your career advancement.
You need to highlite the areas where you have the best working knowledge. Acquire subjective knowledge on core areas and emphasised on two core subject of your faternity, where you are better. Do not loose your heart rather keep a feeling that you can make it. Good luck
