Bank Account Changed, But KYC Not Updated: How Can I Withdraw My PF Amount?

Dear Sir, my EPF account number is DSNHP00000000000012, and my UAN number is 100012555. I submitted my PF advance request on 02/09/17. When I checked the status of the request, the message prompt stated, "Claim Form 31 for PF Advance AGAINST Member Account No (DSNHP00000000000012) has been approved for payment. Payment is under process" since 09/09/2017.

However, EPFO says that the Claim (Form 31) was settled on 06/09/2017, amounting to Rs. 60,000/- sent through NEFT transfer (cheque No. 795821), which has been sent to the member's savings account as mentioned in the KYC details.

My account number has changed from the bank, so how do I withdraw my amount?

The advance amount has been sent by NEFT to your Bank Account as available in KYC Records. What do you mean by "My Account No has changed from the bank, so how do I withdraw my amount?" Please elaborate.
