Bonus to government employees - Minimum 6 months is compulsory?

Hi, I am working in govt department since 08/10/2016. According to bonus order that Minimum 6 months is compulsory on 31.3.2017. And also mention that Rounded off to the nearest number of months and pro rata basis.
Minimum 6 months is compulsory to get this benefit. Am I eligible to get 6 months bonus?

Hello, I am working with a public company govern by AMC (local govt. body) and we have hired staff on contract for 3 years fix. Is bonus applicable to those contract staff? they are on fix pay like 40,000 and so. we deduct only professional tax. please reply.

As per the bonus act 1965 in which month need to release the bonus amount to employees account.,? or else is there any fixed date for release the amount..?
