Employee gives resignation then what is the rule of full and final settlement?

Hi ,If any employee gives resignation then what is the rule of full and final settlement. How many days F& F takes???

hello dear ,
if any one regined in that case company take a form of No-Due to that employees for clearance his full and final , if any due is on employees , first of all he has to clear and come process to make full and final , another relevant issue remain in this notice period duration , then hr person make full and final settlement .
