Sir, Our company my friend join on 1st Sept 2017 he has worked only for 10 days and he want resign but as per policy he serve notice period one month. emp has agree for notice period but within 8 days he want release within one day he also agree to pay for 12 day salary to company in that case statutory deduction is applicable.
