Struggling with UAN Creation? Error Says Enter AADHAAR Number, But It's Not Mandatory!

Hi, I am having a problem creating UAN. The error message states, "Please enter AADHAAR/AADHAAR Enrolment Number." However, according to the help file, this field is not mandatory. Can you please assist us?

Aadhar is mandatory for creating UAN. While entering the Aadhar number, if an error occurs, it means there is some issue with your Aadhar KYC. Kindly check it for the backend.
