Dear Sir This is to inform you that.I am working in HR Department in Health Sector. I have 300 on roll employees. I have installed biometric machine to track attendance of employees and simultaneously I have maintained muster roll form no -25 under rule 110 under factory act 1948. My concern is only that is it mandatory to maintained muster roll because same date we can import frm that machine in case of Labour inspector will come. So please guide me to whom I have approach.
