Is the bonus paid for resigned employees if it is not deducted in CTC?

Employees who have worked (earned salary) in the previous financial year, i.e., 2016-17, for a minimum period of 30 days are eligible for the pension disbursed in 2017-18. At the time of disbursement, if an employee is not in service, it will not bar him from receiving a bonus.
