Salary Calculation Confusion: How to Handle New Joinee and Early Exit Scenarios?

Dear HR person, In my present organization, the salary cycle is from the 26th of the last month to the 25th of the present month. My salary software calculates salary based on calendar days, i.e., from the 1st of the current month to the 30th/31st of the month. The total staff strength in my organization is 700 employees.

Salary Calculation for New Joinee

Now, the question is, if someone joins on the 1st of September, how much salary should he receive and how?

Full and Final Settlement

Also, if this new employee leaves the job by the 10th of October, what should be his Full and Final (F&F) amount? Please explain the same.
