Seeking Recommendations for Performance Appraisal Tools and Cloud Work Time Systems for Our E-Learning Team

Hi All, we are an e-learning company based in Pune with a total strength of 18-20 employees. We are using cloud-based software to monitor the active hours of all employees and also utilizing GreytHR for salary and employee database purposes. Currently, we are in search of a performance appraisal tool. I have already begun focusing on KPIs and KRAs.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could suggest some performance appraisal tools. Personally, I am looking for a tool that can be integrated with our existing cloud-based software. Additionally, I am looking to change our current cloud work time system used for monitoring active hours, so I would appreciate any suggestions for this as well.
