Seeking Guidance on HR Metrics and Scorecards for a Shopping Center Management Team

Dear All, I am really delighted to be part of this forum, although I have not contributed any of my knowledge or experience yet. The resources and the wealth of knowledge available here are really helping me to enhance my knowledge in the HR field. That being said, I would like to ask if you could assist me with any sort of training pertaining to HR metrics and matrices along with scorecards. I am the HR manager of a company that owns and runs a very sophisticated shopping center, with most of our employees distributed across management, administration, and engineering with a management focus.
