I really wonder how VDA can be less than the previous half-yearly amount. What I see is that the Uttarakhand VDA from April 2017 to September 2017 was Rs. 1500, and the current one from October 2017 to March 2018 is Rs. 1460.

Please let me know how we can apply the Revised VDA of Uttarakhand (1st Oct 2017 to 31 Mar 2018) because it is less than the previous VDA.
