Dear all,

Kindly help me. Actually, my friend, before marriage, used her father's first letter, and after marriage, she used her husband's first letter. All proof IDs, including Aadhar card, also have her husband's first name. However, the major mistake is an initial problem that the PF office has pointed out. They say a school certificate or birth certificate is needed. Unfortunately, my friend does not have a birth certificate or school certificate. Can anyone help me with any possibilities to obtain the PF amount?

Regards,

Hi, I was an employee of an organization starting in 2011 and left in 2013 with certain PF contributions. Later, I joined another organization. Now that everything has gone online, I created my UAN, but my profile is not displaying certain details like gender, father's name, etc. I tried modifying my details by linking Aadhaar and PAN, but it's not updating. I am asked to file a JOINT DECLARATION FORM because the PF toll-free helpline says my employer has not filed these details, and without them, nothing can be done. The employer claims they don't have this form or have already submitted it. I'm confused. I've searched for this form and found 2 or 3 different versions. Kindly assist me in finding the correct form for updating my PF account.

Regards.

To change my date of birth in EPFO, you need to follow these steps:

1. Visit the official EPFO website.
2. Log in to your account using your credentials.
3. Look for the option to update personal details.
4. Select the 'Date of Birth' field and enter the correct information.
5. Save the changes and submit the updated details for verification.

After completing these steps, your date of birth in the EPFO records will be updated accordingly.

Our employee died on February 14, 2019, but we entered the date of exit in the PF system as the last working day on February 8, 2019. As a result, his EDLI claim was rejected. Please advise on the correct steps to rectify this date issue.
