Hi, I want to know whether I am eligible to withdraw my PF amount for buying the plot.
I read that 5 years completed PF account will be eligible for withdrawal. But I have almost 6 months gap in between where I didn't work. So I don't have the PF amount in those 6 months. Please find below are the account details.
Below are my PF account details.
1st company June 2011 to May 2014 ( I have not transferred this amount, 2 month back only requested for PF transfer. AFAIK, current company has submitted the cheque to EPO office).
2nd company November 2014 to July 2016 (PF amount transferred to current PF account)
current company July 2016 to till now
In middle there is gap of almost 6 months. So I want to know whether I am eligible to withdraw PF money for Plot buying.
