New HR ideas for new office - for more happy environment?

Dear All,

I am an HR professional in a private company. We are shifting our office to a new building within the next 2 months. I want to introduce new ideas as an HR to create a happier environment.

Currently, we celebrate birthdays, announce Employee of the month, send bouquets to employees' families on anniversaries, and celebrate Diwali and Holi. However, I am looking for new initiatives to implement in the office.

Please guide me on any new things, policies, ideas, etc.
