Is it possible to maintain two local ESI offices?

What do you mean by "Possible to maintain Two ESI Local Office"? Are you planning to take maintenance of 2 ESI Local Offices, including housekeeping, on a contract basis?

We have a Manpower Pvt. Ltd. In that, we have already taken two sub-codes for ESI. We want to change the local office of one code because of employees' convenience. Is it possible or not? If not, we have to take one more sub-code. How many sub-codes are allowed?

You cannot have as many ESI Sub Codes as you wish. The obtaining of an ESI Sub Code is purely based on the number of ESI-covered employees in a specific location other than the main establishment. An unjustified Sub Code number is not warranted. Employers do not have a role in choosing the ESI Local Office. Now, since most services are provided online, frequent visits to the ESI Local Office are not necessary.

What do you mean by employees' convenience?
