Lost My Call Center Job – Am I Still Eligible for Provident Fund?

Sajeed_shaikh2013@yahoo.com
I worked for a domestic call center and have been terminated. I want to know whether I'm entitled to PF or not.

Please guide me.

Yes, you are entitled to PF, and for that, you can apply for PF withdrawal from your company.

Hi,

You are eligible to apply for the EPF withdrawal process.

Hi Sajeed, you are eligible for PF withdrawal. You should fill out Form No. 19 and Form No. 10C, and get them signed by the person authorized to sign the PF form in your company. However, in many cases, when an employee is terminated for any reason, the company may refuse to sign the PF withdrawal form. Unless they sign it, you can't withdraw your PF amount. As per my latest updates, we are still not able to withdraw PF online, even though we have UAN. Still, you can check out this option.

Dear Mr. Sajeed, as per my knowledge, you can withdraw your PF accumulation through the online portal if you satisfy the below-mentioned 3 points:

1. You should be unemployed for 60 days after your last working day mentioned in the PF portal.
2. Your KYC document [Aadhaar] should be verified.
3. You must have completed a minimum of 6 months with your last employer.

If your Aadhaar is not verified, then you have to submit the non-composite form to the employer for PF withdrawal. If you have not served the last employer for 6 months, then you have to try for PF transfer. I guess that now the PF transfer will happen automatically once you get onboarded by a new employer. Otherwise, you have to submit the PF transfer request through your previous or new employer.

Thanks,
Syam

Let me explain my situation. I worked for a call center for over 2 years before I was terminated. It has now been more than 3 years, and I am planning to apply for PF withdrawal.

Could you please provide me with your contact number?
