Legal Compliance for Internal Tower for internet connectivity purpose?

Dear All, We are going to installed a tower of 15 m height over the roof of our plant for the internet connectivity purpose.
Do we have any legal compliance for this? or we have to informed to any authority like factory inspector etc.. about this installation.

you have to submit revised factory Plan to Factories Department for approval.
