Please guide on below scenarios:
1. What if employee resigns after 6 months of maternity leave.?
2. Any rule of Maternity benefit Act regarding resignation immediately after availing maternity leave of 26 weeks?
3. Whether she needs to serve notice or not?
4. What if employee does not want to serve notice?

1. What if employee resigns after 6 months of maternity leave.?-Resignation to be accepted as per the Terms & Conditions of Appointment mutually agreed & accepted
2. Any rule of Maternity benefit Act regarding resignation immediately after availing maternity leave of 26 weeks?-Employer can recover shortfall in Notice period amount from the Employee as per the Terms & Conditions of Appointment mutually agreed & accepted
3. Whether she needs to serve notice or not?-Yes as provided in the Terms of Appointment mutually agreed & accepted
4.What if employee does not want to serve notice? Employer can recover shortfall in Notice period amount from the Employee as per the Terms & Conditions of Appointment mutually agreed & accepted
