I need your help to know about the PF policy. How many employees are needed for a company to have PF? Please help me - how can I persuade my employer for PF?

As per the act, above 20 employees are required for EPFO registration.

Please go through the EPF Act, EPS 1995, EDLI, etc., in detail. Later on, take up the matter with your employer. What position do you hold in your company? Without understanding EPF, how can you educate your employer?
