Navigating ER-I & ER-II Form Submission: Can I File in Gurugram if My HQ is in Kolkata?

Dear Seniors,

Could you please help me with the duly forms of ER-I & ER-II (Quarterly and Biannually)?

Also, I have one more query - my company is registered and the Head office is located in Kolkata, while the Corporate office is in Gurugram. Can we submit the said form at the Gurugram employment exchange office?

Please reply ASAP.

Type & Nature of Document: Form ER-1

Description of the Form: Quarterly return to be submitted to the local employment exchange.

Relevant Clause: Rule 6

Schedule of Submission/Maintenance: Within 30 days of the due dates, i.e., 31st March, 30th June, 30th September & 31st December.

Submitting Authority: Local Employment Exchange

Type & Nature of Document: Form ER-2

Description of the Form: Occupational Return to be submitted to the local employment exchange.

Relevant Clause: Rule 6

Schedule of Submission/Maintenance: Biennial (within 30 days of the due date).

Submitting Authority: Local Employment Exchange

In my view, you can submit ER-I & II in the Gurugram Office.

What is the due date of ER-II submission and where is it notified? Can anybody please help?
