Forms of ER-I & ER -II (Qtrly and Biannually) - submit in Gurugram employment exchange office?

Dear Seniors, Could you please help me out the duly forms of ER-I & ER -II (Qtrly and Biannually).
Also one more query my company register & Head office located in Kolkata and Corporate office in Gurugram, Can we submit the said form in Gurugram employment exchange office?
Please reply ASAP.

In my view, you can submit ER-I & II in Gurugram Office.
