You can start this with motivational speech for employees including names of best performer in the organisation give them reward in front of all senior and junior staff.
You can also include some team building activities,plays,competition,etc
As it is a start up you can set some targets for employees in this ceremony

Can be Leader,Client Comforter,Circle of Joy Award,Key Contributor,Superb Showing,Absolute Attendance,All for One, One for all,etc.
