I worked at HCL Technologies from 10-Mar-2011 to 05-Sep-2017. HCL has one yearly salary component in its salary structure, which is YEPB (Yearly Earned Performance Bonus), equivalent to 10% of CTC. This bonus is paid out upon meeting the following criteria each year:
- Serving the entire appraisal cycle (01-Jul to 30-Jun)
- Being part of the August payroll
- Receiving an appraisal rating of "Met Expectations"
Despite meeting all the criteria, I did not receive the YEPB in my Full and Final settlement. I have contacted HR and my previous manager via email, but I have not received any response. Could you please advise on how I can legally address this situation?
