Can You Withdraw Your PF Without Employer Approval and Fix Name Errors in EPFO?

PF withdrawal without employer approval

My question is based on PF withdrawal amount. My doubt is whether an employee can withdraw his or her PF amount by themselves without the approval of the employer after resignation. I would like to know if it is possible for self-withdrawal of the PF amount by the employee. If possible, what are the procedures? Kindly provide me with full details about the withdrawal of the PF amount by oneself.

Rectifying name mismatch in EPFO database

While adding KYC details in EPFO login, it says my name is mismatched with PAN and Aadhaar Card. My name shown in the EPFO database login is wrong. However, my PAN and Aadhaar Card have the correct information. How can I rectify this spelling mistake in the EPFO database? Kindly help to solve these issues.

Employees will claim their reimbursement without the employer's signature. A new form is also available on the website.
