As per notification number No-5 M.W.-403/07 L&R-4835, Minimum Wages released for the state of Bihar effective 1st October 2017.

Is this notification is fulfill the 7th Pay commission as raised for Central Govt employee, if not then this means only Central govt emplooyee / worker are working rest are not working or not giving/contributing any output / result for the development of the country.
