Understanding Casual Leave Eligibility After Extended Leave in Kerala – What Are Your Thoughts?

Dear Sir,

If an employee is on leave from January to July 2017 with approval (having worked with the firm for more than 10 years), then how many casual leaves can be allowed to that staff? Are they eligible for casual leave from January onwards or from August onwards?
