casual leave eligibility as per shop act in kerala 2017

Dear Sir,
If a employee is on leave from Jan - July 2017 with approval (he/she working with the firm for more than 10 years) then how many casual leave can be allowed to that staff. Is he/she is eligible for CL from JAN onwards or from Aug. onwards.
