Seeking Guidance on Leave Policy Requirements Under Bangalore's Shop and Establishment Act

Dear Seniors,

We are in the process of creating a leave policy for the office under the Shop and Establishment Act in Bangalore. Could anyone provide input on how many PL, CL, and SL (minimum) we are required to provide under the Shop and Establishment Act?
