Our plant is situated in Himachal Pradesh, and our total manpower, including contractual workmen, is around 215. We have an Occupational Health Centre (OHC) building consisting of the following areas: Laboratory Total Area - 16.20 Sq. Mtr, Doctor's Room area - 16.28 Sq. Mtr, Pharmacist's Room area - 17.21 Sq. Mtr, Audiometry, ECG, Spirometry & Record Room area - 16.74 Sq. Mtr, and one room with two beds - 27 Sq. Mtr.

Presently, we have one MBBS doctor, one pharmacist, two ambulance drivers, and one sweeper in our OHC center. We have a few queries regarding the staffing of the Occupational Health Centre and Ambulance Van:

1. Whether a nurse is required for OHC.
2. How many dresser-cum-compounders are required as per Himachal Pradesh Factory Rules, 1950.
3. How many sweeper-cum-ward boys are required as per Himachal Pradesh Factory Rules, 1950.
4. How many driver-cum-mechanics are required as per Himachal Pradesh Factory Rules, 1950.
