How to Resolve Mismatched Date of Birth in UAN and EPFO Member Profile?

Dear Sir,

I am an HR executive. One of my employees has a query regarding the activation of his UAN number. An error is appearing stating that the date of birth does not match. Upon checking his details, I found that the date of birth in his profile uploaded in the member profile on EPFO is different. Please advise on what steps we can take to address this issue urgently.

Ask the employee to fill in the correct details and submit the same to the PF office, duly signed by the employer, along with a self-attested Aadhaar Card, PAN card, or any other ID proof.
