I need to deposit Form A of Gratuity to the Controlling Authority of the area. I am in Okhla Phase 1, Delhi. Can anybody tell me from where I can get the address of the Controlling Authority?

Who is the Controlling Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act-1972? The Assistant Labour Commissioner is appointed as the Controlling Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972.
